Privacy Policy

Effective July 10, 2026 ยท cardparlor.org

Card Parlor is a free site for playing card games with friends. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. The short version: you can play without an account, we keep as little as possible, and analytics/advertising cookies only run if you accept them in the cookie banner.

Information we collect

Cookies, analytics, and your consent

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used โ€” pages visited, features used, and general (non-identifying) audience information. These tools set cookies only after you choose "Accept all" in our cookie banner. If you choose "Essential only," no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Essential storage โ€” such as remembering your game session, your display name, and your cookie choice itself โ€” is always active because the site cannot function without it.

You can clear your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies/site data in your browser, after which the banner will ask again.

Advertising

We may show ads (for example through Google AdSense or Google Ad Manager) to keep Card Parlor free. With your consent, advertising partners may use cookies to show more relevant ads and to measure ad performance. Without consent, any ads shown are non-personalized. You can learn how Google uses data from sites like ours at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
